Compport has joined hands with Mr. Amit Chincholikar who comes on as an advisor to help with growth & accelerate expansion in India and the overseas market. Amit’s addition to the Compport team is another leap towards Compport’s aspiration of becoming a global leader in the Rewards Tech market by driving incremental value for Compport’s existing and potential clients.

Amit comes with over 25 years of hands-on HR experience. He has worked across all HR domains including HR strategy, M&A, Talent, Learning, Rewards and Analytics, and employee relations. Amit has also organization verticals such as Sustainability, Business Excellence, and Corporate communications. His experience spans a variety of organizations including Mahindra and Mahindra, Mercer Consulting, Aditya Birla Group, and the Tata Group. In his most recent role, Amit was Global CHRO for Tata Consumer Products.
